Siguiendo los elegantes mapas de los 5 Ritmos de Gabrielle Roth, habitaremos el momento, recuperaremos la energía perdida del pasado y recuperaremos nuestra atención que se dirige hacia el futuro. Con el acompañamiento de la música en vivo de Joe Caswell, mantendremos la autenticidad, la vida, la transformación y la conexión con el corazón.
Mapas del presente: explorando la consciencia de cómo viajamos desde el momento presente hacia el pasado cercano y lejano, y hacia el futuro. Desarrollando habilidades que nos ayuden a encontrar el camino de regreso a la riqueza del presente.
Sanando desde nuestra propia vida: Enviando amor a nuestro yo anterior, conectando con la energía y la perspectiva de nuestros días más jóvenes, buscando la plenitud y permitiendo que la sanación fluya en ambas direcciones.
Ancestros: Dedicando nuestras danzas a nuestros ancestros, conocidos y desconocidos. Abriéndonos a las verdades y experiencias de nuestros ancestros, a cómo vivieron y amaron. Expandiendo nuestra conexión con toda la vida, viajando a través del tiempo hasta nuestros días de polvo de estrellas, regresando a través de diferentes eras y paisajes sonoros.
Sueños Futuros: Dirigiendo nuestra atención hacia el futuro y cómo podemos soñar y crear un camino positivo hacia adelante, individual y colectivamente. Enviando nuestras intenciones hacia el futuro desconocido mientras honramos el pasado y vivimos el presente.

Following Gabrielle Roth’s elegant 5 Rhythms maps, we will inhabit the moment, reclaim lost energy from the past and call back our attention that drifts into the future. Supported by live music from Joe Caswell, we will keep things true, alive, ever-changing and heart connected.
Maps to now.. seeking awareness of how we travel out of the moment into the near of far past and future. Developing skills to help us find the way back to the riches of being here now
Healing from our own life: Sending love to our former selves, connecting with the energy and perspective from younger days, seeking wholeness and letting healing flow in both directions
Ancestors: Dedicating our dances to our ancestors, known and unknown. Opening to the truths and experiences of our ancestors, how they lived and loved. Expanding our connection with all of life, travelling through time all the way back to when we were stardust, returning through different eras and soundscapes,
Future Dreaming: Turning our attention towards the future and how we can dream and create a positive way forward, individually and collectively. Sending our intentions into the unknown future as we also honour the past and live here in the present.
